How can I track my order?

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive an email from the shipping provider containing a tracking link or code. This allows you to track your parcel in real time.

How long does delivery take?

  • Within Europe:
    Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.
  • Outside the EU:
    Delivery takes up to 1-5 working days, but may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Note: Kastriot is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
No minimum spend required.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

Taxes and import duties are calculated based on your shipping destination. These are not included in the product price and will be invoiced separately. You are responsible for covering these charges.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request the following before your order has been prepared for shipment:

  • Cancel your order
  • Change an item or size
  • Update billing or shipping details

Please note: We cannot combine multiple orders or add items to an existing order once it’s confirmed.

Returns

Received a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us first via email before sending it back. We'll provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

Return period

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With all original labels attached

Return shipping & costs

  • Return costs depend on your country and the carrier you choose.
  • Always request a tracking receipt — this is your proof of shipment.
  • We strongly recommend sending the tracking info to us via email.
  • For your protection, we advise shipping with insurance.

Once your return has arrived

We will process your return as quickly as possible. Due to high order volumes, processing may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
